Branding Party and Barn Dance - This event was patronized by 100 to 150 ranchers and members of the community. All had a good time. Music was provided by The Old Time Fiddlers of Salmon. The event was held in our newly reconstructed Blacksmith Shop and Livery Stable. In addition, we took time to honor all the volunteers for this year that made this a reality.
All in all we collected 25 cattle brands, with more that are promised but the people just could not make this date, from the local ranchers. The gathering was entertained by the old time fiddlers of Salmon, Idaho. Their oldest guitar picker, Norma, is 92 years young.
